✅ Return Window
- You can return most products within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Conditions
- Items must be in original packaging and unused.
- All components and serial numbers must match our records.
- Custom-built or personalized systems are not returnable unless defective.
🚫 Exclusions
- Items marked as final sale.
- Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or altered serial numbers.
- Items unsealed that can’t be resold for health/hygiene reasons.
🔄 Exchanges
- We’ll replace defective or damaged items at no cost.
💵 Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Refunds are processed using your original payment method.
📦 Return Shipping & Local Delivery Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please use an insured, trackable service — we can’t refund items lost in transit.
- For Local Delivery orders, you may schedule a return pickup by emailing service@lemcooltech.com. Pickup fees may apply.
🎁 Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
🛡️ Warranty
- All DeskServer™ systems include a 1-year system warranty plus manufacturer component coverage.
