This page describes your warranty rights and our commitments when you purchase a system or component
At Lemcool Technologies, we stand behind the quality of every system we build. All DeskServer™ systems and Basic Builds include warranty coverage to give you peace of mind.
🛡️ System Warranty
- All systems include a 1-year warranty covering assembly, integration, and configuration.
- If a component fails during this period, we will handle replacement and reinstallation.
🛠️ Component Warranties
- All components are covered by their manufacturer warranties, which typically range from 3–10 years depending on the part.
- Component Warranty Examples:
• Corsair RMx power supplies — 10-year warranty.
• Samsung SSDs — 5-year warranty.
• Crucial memory — limited lifetime warranty.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation of additional hardware/software.
- Unauthorized modifications (including overclocking or tampering with firmware).
- Normal wear and tear (such as cosmetic issues).
- Software or data loss (we recommend regular backups).
🔄 Warranty Process
- Email service@lemcooltech.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
- We will work with you to diagnose the problem.
- If a replacement is required, we will provide instructions for shipping or arrange parts replacement.
📦 Shipping Costs & Local Delivery
- During the 1-year system warranty, we cover return shipping to you after repairs.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty service.
- For Local Delivery orders, warranty service may be scheduled for pickup and redelivery within the Kingman, AZ area. Pickup fees may apply.
✅ Extended Support Options
- After the first year, you can continue to rely on manufacturer warranties for individual components.
- For ongoing peace of mind, extended support packages may be offered in the future.
