Our Story & Experience
Gene Lemcool’s work in technology began in 1983, when he started programming and earned early recognition for computer programming and mentoring others. By 1989, he had started G&G Computers, beginning a long pattern of building, supporting, and helping people make practical use of personal computers.
That work continued through public service, military service, and long-term consulting. In 1993, Gene became a Computer Analyst/Programmer at the Washington Department of Veterans Affairs, where his role expanded beyond software development into networking, servers, and the systems organizations depend on every day.
From 1999 to 2021, Gene operated GLC Services, also known as Gene Lemcool Consulting, providing technology support and consulting for clients over more than two decades. In 2003, he also operated L&C Computers as a side venture in Hermosillo, continuing his hands-on work with custom systems, service, and customer support.
One of Gene’s earliest customers still works with him today, a relationship that began with network infrastructure, custom software, and business application support, and continues through modern Lemcool Technologies systems. That kind of long-term trust reflects what the company is built around: practical guidance, dependable systems, and support that continues after the sale.
Gene also served in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserves from 1987 to 1995 as a Fire Controlman Second Class, maintaining and operating advanced weapons and control systems including the CIWS Vulcan Phalanx. Combined with his AAS in Law Enforcement, BS in Software Development, and MBA focused on IT Management, that background shaped a disciplined, real-world approach to technology.
Today, Lemcool Technologies carries that experience forward by building reliable systems for small businesses, professionals, and gamers who need performance they can trust.
Our Team
Gene - Founder & Lead Architect
Gene leads system design, architecture, and quality standards for every Lemcool Technologies build. He brings decades of technical experience, leadership, and a practical eye for building systems that are powerful, reliable, and ready for real-world use.
Chris - Builder & Technician
Chris handles assembly, testing, and local service support, helping ensure every system is completed with care and precision. Having grown up around technology, he brings a practical approach to the build process and plays a key role in day-to-day production.
Maria - Public Relations
Maria supports public relations and helps shape how Lemcool Technologies connects with customers, partners, and the community. With a background in diplomacy and advocacy, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to communication, trust, and our public image.
Felipe - Sales & Service
Felipe supports sales and service, helping customers find the right system and coordinating delivery and support when needed. With a background in technical sales and customer service, he has already helped place multiple Lemcool Technologies systems and continues to expand our reach both locally and remotely.
