We’ve been building PCs since 1988 and have been assisting customers with new builds since 2018—nearly four decades of practical, hands-on experience. 

We unified our offerings under Lemcool Technologies and are pursuing trademark protection for our brand. If you followed us from the Armagamer URL—welcome, you’re in the right place. 

We build to order and spend much of the day on the bench or on customer deployments. To avoid phone tag—and to keep a written record that speeds up troubleshooting—we start support via email at service@lemcooltech.com.

A custom-built server with trusted brands (Intel, ASUS, Samsung, WD, Corsair), Windows Server 2025 Standard license included by default (removable on request), and our manual integration process (latest BIOS, drivers, Windows updates at pack date). Note: Windows Server CALs are not included; we can provision User/Device/RDS CALs to your Microsoft tenant on request. 

CALs are separate from the Windows Server license and are not included. We can quote and provision them directly to your tenant via distribution. 

Yes. DeskServer Mark 1 supports an optional 3-drive hot-swap RAID bay. Images on the site may show optional configurations—select the hot-swap bundle if you need the bays.  

No. RAID improves availability, but you still need separate backups (onsite/offsite or cloud). We can recommend a simple SMB backup plan. 

Most DeskServer configurations use high-quality non-ECC DDR5 with strong reliability. If your workload requires ECC and the platform supports it, ask us—some builds can be quoted accordingly.

• LT Gamer: High-FPS gaming rigs with sensible thermals and upgrade paths.
   
• LT Basic: Affordable, dependable PCs for everyday tasks.

CALs are separate from the Windows Server license and are not included. We can quote and provision them directly to your tenant via distribution. 

 Manual OS install (no generic images), correct drivers, BIOS and Windows updates at packaging, and clean cable management. 

 Yes—NVMe, SATA arrays, GPUs, NICs, etc. Tell us your workload and we’ll tailor the spec. (Some GPUs have variable lead times.) 

Typical lead time is 5–10 business days before shipping for built-to-order systems. You’ll get an email when your system is ready to ship. 

We ship via major carriers. Local Delivery (Kingman, AZ area) is available by appointment at checkout; a technician delivers and helps with basic setup. Pickup is not available (no walk-ins). 

 We build to order. That keeps parts fresh, configurations accurate for your needs, and reduces price volatility risk for customers. See lead times above.  

• DeskServer™: 3-year system warranty (assembly, integration, configuration).
   
• All other systems: 1-year system warranty.
  Component warranties (PSUs, SSDs, memory, etc.) follow their manufacturers (often 3–10 years).

Email service@lemcooltech.com. We’ll diagnose with you and arrange parts replacement and repair. During the 1-year system warranty, we cover return shipping back to you after repairs; you cover shipping to us. Local delivery customers may schedule pickup/redelivery in the Kingman area (fees may apply).

Yes—appointment-only. We offer local delivery & setup (from $25 in city), routine cleaning, deep cleaning/thermal service, upgrades & installs, and diagnostics/health checks. Email service@lemcooltech.com to schedule.

Yes—selected current credentials relevant to our work include CompTIA Project+. We’re also an SBA-certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and maintain active vendor partnerships (e.g., Intel® Partner Gold; Samsung Authorized SSD Reseller). We’ve previously held other certifications such as CompTIA A+ (expired). If your procurement requires verification, we’ll provide current partner IDs and documents on request.
