Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lemcool Technologies. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products purchased with us.

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Lemcool Enterprises, LLC (DBA Lemcool Technologies), 4071 E Diamond Joe Rd, Kingman, AZ 86401.
   
• Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
   
• Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
   
• Service refers to the Website.
   
• Website refers to Lemcool Technologies, accessible at https://lemcooltech.com.
   
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
   

• You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason.
   
• The deadline for cancellation is 30 days from the date on which you received the Goods, or a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the delivered product.
   
• To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

To be eligible for a return:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
   
• The Goods are in the original packaging.
   
• The Goods were not used or damaged.
   

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
   
• Goods that, by nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.
   
• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
   
• Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
   
• Goods with serial numbers removed or defaced.
   

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Note: All included components must match serial numbers on file. Defaced or removed serial numbers will be considered fraudulent and remediated to recycling without refund.
 

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded (unless required by applicable law). Please check with service@lemcooltech.com to confirm if your Goods are refundable prior to shipping.

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods.
   
• Return Goods to:
  4071 E Diamond Joe Rd, Kingman, AZ 86401.
   
• We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
   
• Please use an insured, trackable mail service.
   
• Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery.
   

We only replace Goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at service@lemcooltech.com.

• If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
   
• If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to present later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
