Shipping Policy

Build and processing time

Systems are manufactured to order. DeskServer™ builds typically ship 5–10 business days after an order is confirmed; desktop systems are usually quicker. Nothing ships before it has completed its full validation cycle. You will get an email confirmation once your system is built and ready to go out.

Delivery options

• Standard shipping through major carriers — UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Local delivery in the Kingman, Arizona area, by appointment with a technician.

Customer pickup is not available.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted with your system rather than calculated at checkout. Cost depends on weight and destination, and local delivery within the Kingman area is quoted separately. Your quote will show the delivery charge as its own line so you can see exactly what it is before you commit.

Risk of loss and damage

For carrier shipments, responsibility transfers to you once the carrier accepts the package. If a system arrives damaged, contact service@lemcooltech.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work the claim with you. For local deliveries, the system remains our responsibility until it reaches your location.

Where we ship

We currently serve the continental United States. If you need delivery elsewhere, email service@lemcooltech.com and we will look at options before you commit to anything.
